Wrongfully Banned from server US 8546

Hi,

I would like to formally submit a complaint about a ban I received from server US 8546 (1.7.6.1/103419) (Recruit|3D:ON|CH:ON) - (Official) No PVP Friendly server| Vilayer.com

They claim to be a no pvp server. It is already illegal to ban people for pvping under rule as per the server admin rules:

Upon logging in I was promptly sniped by someone with an AS 50.

After typing in side chat for a while and recovering my loot I was banned for claiming that I would kill the guy who shot me.

I believe this is admin abuse and blatant rule breaking, and that action should be taken.
