I´ve just read this 10 mins ago in the Community Patchnotes:

Do they mean, the old Bandit Skin like at the very first beginning of dayz ?

I am aware that the bandit skin has changed, and that is probably the most likely course.

You got it right (i believe)

But, we got to wait until 1.7.7 is released :)
