I'm not sure if the engine supports this, but imagine using your mic in game and having every creature within 40 meters able to hear you.

Maybe add volume analysis/falloff so you can whisper and not alert zeds.

It would be nice to be able to walk into a building and announce your presence, or to yell at someone to "Stop shooting I'm friendly!".

Also, limiting the range and letting the zeds hear it would cut down on voip spamming and bandwidth, as not everyone is going to hear you.
