WildGunsTomcat 78 Posted June 20, 2012 Dude, I'm the admin of Chicago 21 and 22. We use battle eye control. It locks the server up to control how many people connect at once. It periodically locks and unlocks the server to control the flow of people into the server, to make lag less horrible.Relax, it's not a conspiracy.Plus they're both full. A lot of you seem to think you know anything about what goes on in my servers, and what is said between me and the devs. Rakajj, you have no basis to say anything about me...as you only played in my server a little while...saw one incident where I got in the mud with someone in chat and then kicked them out for being abusive...and now you think you have the right to talk shit about me everytime I post. And then, when I say that I'm going to ban DC'ers because it's a known exploit....you talk even MORE shit. You have no basis for any of your accusations, innuendo's, and slander. A lot of you talk a load of shit, and don't know what exactly you're talking about. Nasir, we took our servers down to 40 slots because of the lag of the 1.7.1.2 build...and never took it back up to 60. Not that you deserve any explanation, but there it is. Frankly, I'm getting sick of people coming here and talking loads of shit with no clue of what they're REALLY talking about. You guys need to give it a fucking rest. southmc 0 Posted June 20, 2012 These servers are pretty awesome IMO. They are the only two servers I've found that consistently have a low amount of lag. If it takes them being occasionally locked for me to enjoy that, I say lock them up! Anyway, I love seeing people bitch about free shit that works great.. If you continued to see it locked over a period of time, it was because BEC continued to lock it due to having the maximum number of connecting players.Thank you for pointing it out though, I had forgotten that I had lowered the player count in US 27 Chicago 21 so I will update that again this evening. BEC will lock the server down when it is full...and when someone leaves...it will unlock. Nasir, we have very popular servers. They almost always stay full. If the only opinions that matter to you are devs, you should stop posting on the fucking public forums and just email all your thoughts to the devs as the vast...vast majority of what you will get here is non-dev responses. It's sad that you think not caring about what the people who play on your server think is somehow a badge of honor as you throw that line out like a broken record.
