Teamspeak 3 Server Crash Problems

So I have this tiny TS 3.0 server hosted at Gameservers.com. It's only 15 users, and there's hardly more than 5-6 users at a time. But this server seems to crash once or twice per day, and it's starting to really annoy me.

Is this typical behavor for a TS 3.0 server, or should I consider getting another host?

Appreciate any input.
