dhernon 0 Posted May 9, 2013 Basically.. Me and my 2 Friends have spent nearly 2 full REAL days prepping to get to Salvation City, our FIRST EVER time there.. We get there, im flashing on food, none left.. So I go to the Lobby while my friends see if they can find some.. I decide to come back in to help the search.. Suddenly im spawned with all my gear, food still flashing, 21,000m away from Sector B.. I don't know if this is supposed to happen or anything, but it's REALLY annoyed me.. All that hard work, looting and searching to fuel and repair cars and boats to realise im teleported away from where I was... Can someone explain this please? Some of the people there may have a better knowledge of recent bugs ect. or maybe the devs have posted about it.Edit - I just realised you have the answer above (twice). taco241 393 Posted May 11, 2013 You can't log out on the island. it's considered to be an off-map area and you will be teleported off.It's kinds poop but stops people from farming it by living on the island.Also, make sure you start your visit after a server restart to avoid a mid-raid shutdown.Origins atm has few instructions and tutorials on their Gamer's Platoon site. They could use a beginner's guide explaining the mod.Then again, DayZ could use one too.
