Pogorevka water pump not working

Date/Time: 10.05.2012

What happened: Me and two of my friends tried to refill our canteens with water. We tried to approach water pump from different angles but it didn't let us to fill them. We didn't have option to do that.

Where you were: Pogorevka

What you were doing: Trying to refill canteens at water pump.
