Can't find my regular server on new PC

Hello forum users. I recently got a new PC and installed DayZ on it. I can't seem to find the server I used to play on on my old PC on my new one though. I put the server name in the filter and refreshed all servers but it didn't show up. I can still see it on my old PC but it just won't show upon the new one. Anyone know what the problem could be?

Just manually put in the IP

right click on the name with your old pc and copy ip to clipboard, send it to yourself and paste it in favorites
