Blood type

Is it possible to implement blood type system? Like you are creating new charachter and he is generated with a random blood type A, B... And u can use only your blood type. After killing an opponent there must be ability to get some of his blood, this will construct new type of conflicts and make game much more realistic and interesting...

Blood types would be a pretty interesting addition, what with the complications of receiving the wrong blood type and all.

The process of taking blood would get a bit difficult after someone is dead though, as they no longer have a beating heart to pump the blood out for you. But for the sake of the game it would be interesting.

If u really want to make this idea realistic you should also think about "blood type testers" (i mean such electronic device) and also if it is realistic u can't just take or drink blood - player need too much equipment. Blood tester, thing to put this blood in ur character - too comlicated for blood system. Sorry for my broken english.

I don't know... If you were an O type, you would have a hard time finding blood. Then I could see people hunting down O types becuase of the universal donation thing.

It definately made it in and it is very frustrating. I'm trying to figure out if my blood type changes when I respawn or what? I have a blood test kit but I want to save it for possible donors but don't know if I need to test myself again.

In the standalone, yes. There is blood type, and yes. It does change when you respawn. Test yourself every time you spawn.

How can you test yourself?

I think that if there is a blood type, people who spawn with O type would just suicide fast and try to respawn with AB so they can get all blood transfusions.

There is no point to stick to blood type O when you can just respawn and get a better blood type and less chance of getting hunted for blood.
