Axe and Hatchet

Well since 1.7.1.2, the axe is now an equippable weapon that can be used for melee which is great, however it causes some problems with cutting wood. The old axe just took up one of the misc slots at the bottom, however now the axe takes a primary weapon slot and if you throw it in you pack, it takes 5 or 6 spaces.

It would be nice if a new item called a Hatchet that could be used to cut down trees and still uses one of the misc slots at the bottom. That way an axe could be used for combat, and you could still get a hatchet in your misc slot so it doesn't take up so much room. Realistically, you could carry a hatchet on your pack and it wouldn't take up too much space, so it makes sense.
