Zombie aggro-range

Hey, i guess this has been reported many times, and maybe it has already been fixed (i'm not really able to play lately, due to all the full servers because many of them still have to update).

but i want more information about the zombie aggro range, is this gonna be reverted to how it usually was? in my opinion it was completely fine and it's a bit annoying now. it removed the stealthy bit of this game and especially with the no gun spawning it's quite hard to get your first pieces of gear.

i hope many will agree on this and that this should be reverted asap, if you help bumping this topic that would be awesome :]

PS. and while we're at it anyway, is something gonna be fixed about the spawn items? let me know please =]

Yeah. The latest patch (1.7.1.4) really shithoused the aggro range. The only real way to do any exploring in towns now is to stay prone the entire time. Standing up, crouched, will almost always aggro a zombie-- a zombie you have not seen nor heard beforehand. If you watch the sight stealth indicator, it will fluctuate greatly for no apparent reason. Walking, crouched, was causing my sight stealth to jump between 1 and 4 bars extremely unpredictably, always ending in a train of zombies on my ass.

In my opinion the game is unplayable at the moment, unless you have the patience to disconnect every 30 seconds when you inevitably get aggro.

yeah agro is insane atm. u dont even see what you pull and its usually behind a wall or in a building and you still pull it. everything else about 1.7.1.4 seems fine

thanks for the help guys, and is anyone able to answer my question mentioned? i'm not sure if the spawn items are already fixed. seems like i still only spawn with a bandage, painkillers and a flashlight.
