Trouble with Dayz Origins

Recommended Posts

Hello. Im haveing trouble trying to play origins, as the title suggests. Whenever i go to join a server i get the error message you cannot play/edit this mission, it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted. tavi, dayz_weapons, dayz_code, dayz_vehicles, dayz_equip, osshady, dayz.

This happens every time i try and join an Origins server.

I am able to play Normal day z and Dayz Taviana

What I've Tried so Far:

Downloaded everything from the origins webstite

deleted origins and reinstalled

run steam as admin

Deleted everything and reinstalled it

I think a new patch came out today. Try looking for it on their website.

As far as I can tell their website is having problems...

But I can link you to the download mirror for 1.7 thats why your having problems

Mirror 2 http://dayzo2.artofwarcentral.com/@DayZOrigins.rar

Checked my history from last night for you

Download and extract the rar file to your desktop

Locate your arma 2 oa folder (usually program files-steam-steamapps-common-arma operation arrowhead

Open your @DayzOrigins folder in that location

Then open the @DayzOrigins folder you just extracted

Drag all the contents into the other one and replace/merge all

Job Done
