Camouflage Vehicle Covers

Rare-ish drop in military spawns. While near a vehicle that's turned off, you select and activate the item in your inventory to put the cover of the vehicle. The vehicle cannot be entered driven while the tarp is on.

This helps with players trying to make small bases with vehicles and provides a reasonable layer of non-combat defense for peoples possessions.

This would be a good feature to have since most cars aren't camo colors.

yeah it's a good idea but it's been brought up a million times. I'd say roughly once a week you can usually see one in the recent threads.
