HELP! Server addons and PBO files? (Also additional buildings and custom bases)

:D Hello everyone

Recently I had bought a DayZ server (DayZ.st server) and I need help from expierenced server owners who know how to add on, addons. I have also made a backround for the server to display when players are loading in. So my problem is that I need help putting in addons to the server and where to get them and how to upload them.

I have worked around with the control panel and kinda know about what I am doing, but I do not know what the 'Enable rMOD' option is, and from other YouTube tutorials (that didn't help at all, btw) I have seen the 'Edit Database' thing.

Okay, here I go...:

1. Addons: How do I find them and how do I put them on my server?

2. Backround: How do I make a backround for my DayZ server?

3. More buildings: How do I add more buildings using the 'Edit Database' option, how do I find the building codes? Do I use the Arma II editor, and if so how do I upload it to the server, and also would it delete everyones current setup? (Bases, cars, weapons, etc.)

I know this is a lot, but if someone can help you can have all of my beans! :beans: :beans: :beans:

1) What type of addons do you mean? for example do you mean a addon such as Auto refuel?

2) Background? Do you mean splash screen? If yes its done in the description file inside your mission file.

Thank you for the response dude, but let me explain this.

1) Addons, and by addons I mean addons. Auto Refuel is an addon, where do I find other addons and how do it upload them to my control panel.

2) Yes I guess splash screen, and I don't know what a mission file is. That is why I am here.

3) Thank you for this one, and one more question before I use this. Will it restart my map? Will I have a 3D editor to place them and certain places? Or just a map like the DayZ DB?

Thank you, if you could help me with this "Mission file" I think everything could be resolved... Is it a folder on the desktop or something in the database?

Please respond better, and how the hell do I open a PBO, you are the only one helping, please give as many details as possible, I'm new to this and have no idea what I am doing. Just explain a whole lot more please.

Google the program "PBOView" (I downloaded it from Armaholic), and here's a youtube link that really helped me. There's also a link to the Arma II IDs in the description.

As for server addons, I've been wondering the same thing, where the hell do you find them? xD

And for the mission file, I thought I knew it but I just found out I have no idea :3
