So i download day z off of steam and arma 2 works fine. but when i run the day z mod it self it goes BSOD on me( the report is below) i have everything updated that might be used with dayz and im out of options. i use windows vista Home Premium. Please help. i only bought arma2 to get the game.SF_29-04-2013.zip.zip <---- this is some minidumps. should all be the same one

Unless we can deduce that the BSOD is caused specifically by DayZ, it'd be hard to fix it. If you can get an analysis on those minidumps and it does point to DayZ, I can look into it further for you.

Yes, whilst running DayZ might result in a BSOD, we do not know if it is an issue with DayZ and not an external element such as a conflicting program or damaged hardware that is the root of the problem.

BlueScreenView is probably the best one I've heard of. If you would like to use that to read your minidumps, and report any findings here, someone might know of your problem, as well as a solution.

so its my drivers apparently. it has ndid.sys and Fs.REC.SYS and rassstp.sys i have no idea what these mean or have any idea how to fix them...

Well, I personally have not experienced issues with those drivers, so I have no idea on how to fix them. Hopefully, someone who has dealt with this before sees your thread.
