HappyMushroom 68 Posted June 7, 2013 My mate just died on this Mi bug, he exits the chopper and insta dies, broken bones sounds and death. the-kuutti 18 Posted June 8, 2013 I wonder how common this bug and is it avoidable any other how than jumping out of the heli just above the ground or higher with parachute? Some people say going prone MIGHT save you. I dont feel that comfortable using this heli as I have some crazy gear atm and if I die coz this bug. tajjuk 65 Posted June 11, 2013 I've had this bug before, killed me the first two times but all you have to do is as soon as you click 'get out', don't move, instantly go prone and roll out or crawl out as you will be underneath the chopper, then stand up when you are clear of the body. Works everytime for me that this bug has happened. Not sure why people dislike the Mi-17, it's not that agile but it's fast and it's a tank of a chopper. It can take a lot of damage.
