US 3480 Banned because of an assumption

There was a hacker that was trying to be "friendly" with me and give me stuff and ect. and when someone died due to this hacker I was talking on global chat and laughing that he died...and he assumed I was the hacker then everyone on the server said I was hacking..the hacker than said to me the guy he killed with hacks is hacking because he randomly got an AS50 TWS in his hands, so.. I said "how did you get that AS50 TWS?" and he said "how did you know I had a AS50 TWS? hacker!" and I said the hacker told me..he said he was recording and ect and that I was gonna get global banned if not just banned from the server because he was so sure I was hacking and maybe it came off that way but I've never hacked on DayZ and dont plan on it, I still have my original key from buying the game and want it to stay that way...the admins bought his story and banned me and my other friend that didnt even talk or do anything wrong...Idk what happened to the hacker...I like that server alot it's an open server and I get amazing FPS on it and it normally has alot of players, I'm a known Hero on that server and alot of people ask me for help with blood bags because they know I will not cross over and kill them, I lost my Hero skin due to the hacker teleporting everyone to the same spot and I accidently killed my Hero friend that I play with almost everyday on that server. There are alot of other servers I can play on for sure but that one meant alot to me and It's the only one I TRUELY played. You can look at the 'logs' or whatever it is you look at for the activity of the hack or whatever? I'm not sure how it works but you can see I clearly did not impliment anything into the game at all I was just an innocent bistander that was given a DMR and a Cayote backpack automatically from the hacker just like everyone else in the server. I'd really like to continue playing on that server and report any hackers that may be upon it. It's my favorite server hands down on DayZ Overall. I'm just asking for forgiveness on the mistake on how I came off as the hacker but I truely am not nor ever will be a 'hacker' on DayZ. I would like to be unbanned and prove myself worthy of my Hero Skin and the people who look up to me. A couple of guys said I gave them "faith in humanity" on DayZ, and that meant so much to me. Alot of stuff is going through my life right now, sadly I just lost the only woman in this world I truely love, my grandmother. Why would I come onto DayZ to hack when I just lost her and was just waiting for my grandpa to be flown from Florida. I'm a human being and a 2014 United States Marine. Please unban me from the server and let me enjoy DayZ how it's suposto be. If you do not believe me please check the logs of yesterday around 11-2 pm to am. My computer isnt the best right now and I normally dont get good fps on any other server but that server I get amazing fps and that's why I'm so loyal to it. Not to sound cold or anything, but writing about your personal life won't help your appeal any. You just need to ask an admin to look at the logs and confirm you were not hacking, which should have been done before you were banned.

Don't take hacked in weapons. It's hard to trace where you got that from. If you encounter a hacker, report it to an admin to be sure that you aren't wrongly accused of being an accomplice. Jimmy is a a pretty reasonable guy, but you need more of an explanation than that. Altogether, that day you seemed a little sketchy, and when the suspicions were followed up on, it looked as if you were hacking. But thanks for that blood bag that day. USMC Tom, FINNtoChill, Wolf and PLAYER 1 were all on a private teamspeak working together and cheating. They provided websites to hacking sites and were having a grand ol' time changing server times, scripting weapons, thunderdome, aircraft carriers, etc. etc. You are banned from the server for cheating, just like I told you would happen the night you were doing it. Don't come on here and whine afterward that you've been unjustly banned when you know fully well what you were doing and who you were associating with. I feel sorry for you that you lost your grandmother, and applaud your service in the marines but it has no bearing on your ill advised asshattery.

You're a cheater, you got caught...move on.

This is why you were banned, as Brick mentioned. You invited regulars of my server into a VOIP session, where they heard you (and your mates) discussing cheating--explaining your cheats (and how you were using them in my server) and you guys were advertising said cheats.

All that being said, if you PM me we can work this out. I'm willing to give you a second chance in the server, against my better judgement. You say you just happened to catch up with PLAYER1 and he was giving you items--but that conflicts with over half a dozen stories I received from my regulars. The logs did show you having hacked gear, and in addition to the stories I was told--you caught a ban.

I read your long story, I hope you read mine. On a personal note, I'm sorry for your loss--but I hope you can understand why you were banned and acknowledge that this second chance is purely a show of good faith on our part.

I would rather avoid specifics but since you're accusing me of cheating here goes. Your friend teleported to me and shot me with a g36 then reloaded his gun (misclick?) before I died. While he was reloading I went into his backpack, took out his gun and shot him with his own AS50 TWS. You then immediately said "BRICK HAD AN AS50 TWS" on sidechat before my death message even appeared meaning you were on Teamspeak. Much appreciation for the hackusation... but I've never cheated on this game unlike present company.

Here's to Jimmy for believing in second chances, I think that speaks volumes to how nice he is. I'll see you on the server.... hopefully its legit from here on out.

Well, if you did really do that, good on you cuz I wouldnt of thought of that tbh, nice kill on that one but...the fact that you were so confident I was the primary hacker was annoying me and the fact that you said you were better than me when I killed you and you never killed me and tbh, even with this server I still get slight lag in mid combat so for me to kill someone Is not like ... easy... it takes more skill for me with the delays and shit...and yea I do believe in second chances aswell but I do highly respect others who do aswell such as Jimmy, so good on him and it will be legit, see you on the grounds.

I look at *everything* in the logs. This is why I spend hours adminning and minutes playing.

On another note--just as I have unbanned you USMCTom your mate "PLAYER1" (aka Trenton) has been trying to rejoin my server. I hope you're not telling him you were unbanned and having him expect the same treatment, as he will not receive it. The evidence of his cheating is insurmountable.

He's tried joining under numerous aliases and GUIDs now.

As a final post on this thread the thread poster has since been globally banned from all Battle Eye servers. So much for second chances.
