New Clan/ Server Recruitment

Ooops that sounds wrong! Ok ok...here's the deal. I'm new to this game (just started playing two days ago). I have my own personal server/ hive through dayz.st and I'm looking to add people to my server/ clan. It's just a basic dayz chernarus server set to eastern time (I want the challenge of playing at night). I'm open to suggestions on setting that people are looking for in a server (and how to change them if they are not basic changes such as loadout).

Im looking to make a clan of about 5-6 people who are:

16+ years old

Speak FLUENT English

Have a mic

Play a decent amount of time

Not looking for HACKERS, SCRIPT KIDDIES, Anyone Like that. I will boot you instantly if I see any of that crap. Please this is for serious people who want to work together (no killing teammates) and have fun.

I'm also open to other clans coming in later after I have my own set up.
