Problem with side channell

Hey guys, me again here.

I'm with some trouble inside the game in my server.

When someone is talking on the Side Channel (the blue one) his name is not showing up. I mean, when you press Caps Lock your Nickname will be on the screen for everyone on the server, except on the Direct Channel.

But in my server this is not happening. When someone Talk (with voice) their nick name is not on the screen for the other players.

Do you guys know how to fix this?

Because it´s hard to control who is talking, abusing the side channel and all these stuffs.

Anyone can help me??

Change your servers game difficulty to Veteran ;)

If that doesn't work, check that you've got vonID=1 in your servers users profile config!

Ok, but, what is the file to change? The server is already at Veteran, the file i need to change de VonID is the config.cfg file?

Because i can't find this line at this file.
