cars trucks new map elements and stuff related

I have an idea on some vehicles I would like to see and some stuff that relates to vehicles in general, QUAD CAB TRUCK - would hold as much as normal hilux but would have 4 maybe 5 seats. FLAT BED TOW TRUCK - would hold as much as a regular hilux and would seat 2 but you could put 2 atvs, 4 bikes motor or pedal, 1 car/truck on its bed or lil bird but that's pushing it, ORDINARY TOW TRUCK-WOULD - again would hold the same as a hilux and would seat 2 but this one could haul busses and urals but no bikes or atvs, UPS/FEDEX DELIVERY TRUCK - would hold as much as a ural but be slightly weaker but would be faster on road with a turbo speed of 100 but slower offroad with turbo of 40 and could haul 2 people, A POLICE CAR - I would like to see a ford interceptor but that's not really Russian anyways it would seat 4 and have the same stats a van does also would have working lights and siren and a loud speaker so you could yell at players, POLICE VAN/SUV/HELICOPTER - just a reskin of the lil bird suv and maybe a new dodge boxer van, A FEW TAXI MODELS idk again I would like to see a American ford crown vic but that's not Russian so probably a few reskins of current models, SOME HOPLESSLY IMPRACTICAL BUT FAST AMERICAN MUSCLE CARS,BRITSH ROADSTERS AND ITALIAN SUPER CARS. A SEGWAY - small not much to say really just a Segway, A TRAILER - certain trucks could haul it and it would serve the same purpose as the flat bed tow truck stats and such feul consumption would be higher while using it. now for map elements, maybe up near grozovoy pass make a large city or military installment so as to give us a reason to head up that way, maybe a city up by the dam or a military camp to again make it a more traveled area of the map. random areas in the map need some sort of paranormal activity going on up there just to get the creepy vibes going but we should not be told so we would be all like you crazy man when some1 sees something and it should be completely randomized, the ability to move wrecks off the road somehow . now for things relating to vehicles really I only have 1 or 2 ideas, a car cover that would be camo would hide you car and you could not see its icon above it while it was covered nor could you access it unless you removed the cover there would be 2 sizes small wich could be found in residential and industrial spawns and large wich are military spawns the small would cover things like cars and trucks and the large would cover big trucks and aircraft with the acception of the c130 that is my plans, some how a way to find cans of spray paint and just free hand paint up or cars with it somehow, could do junk like camo it up multicolor or put a big clan emblem on the hood. these are my ideas

yeah the huey is a bit more then unrealistic, you'll have to forgive me I play lots of non pvp servers and have large vehicle collections as a result and forget that moving mass amounts of vehicles with just one person isn't really a common issue, now how about the rest I personally quite like the idea of more car variations and more cars in general but a lot less recourses for fixing them and keeping them on the road.
