Found this after a script kiddie attack on our Taviana server, along with a few other odds and sods. All banned and cleaned up. B)

Zombie apocalypse, here I come. Btw, what's the program called that shows which guys are talking? It's in the upper left corner.

Thats the teamspeak3 overlay by the looks of it, its an optional extra.

Yeah it's just TS3 overlay, it's in the settings, just tick the box. It will give a warning about Battle eye/kicking you but it works fine. :)
