Afther a long time for looking to a greate Server company

i found Dayz.st ,

they have really good Gameserver for rent and also a good price ,

but the support is Really bad ,

my Server was down becouse DDo attack ,

i sent a support mail to ask what is giong on ather 3 dayz he sent me a short message back ,

I agree, we use Dayz.st ourselves and the support is appalling to say the least. A few weeks ago their entire network went down and their IRC channel was full of people asking wtf was going on (several hours downtime, and not even an update on their twitter), but instead of getting the respect paying clients deserve , two of their admins decided to lock the channel and mock everyone instead, telling everyone to stop moaning and "Shut up" in their own words, apparently because the boss doesn't like it when customers complain. This entire conversation between these two admins was going on while the channel was locked to regular user input, they even mocked us with "look, they can't speak anymore. aaw, my server isn't working" .. shit like that, and this isn't the first time they've behaved like this either, the service gets worse even though they claim they're making improvements. Like recently they did some database transfers, moving stuff around for better performance (according the messages on my control panel), well.. My server is lagging worse than ever, rcon is up and down like a yoyo, the database has lag spikes that mean players lose gear or dysnc into nowhere and I'm just not confident with emailing them anymore, especially after the way they've treated me and their other customers to date.. People only stick with them because of the map tool and the cpanel .. As long as I never have to speak with them about issues again, I'll be staying, but the minute another dayz host offers the features that Dayz.st do, I'm jumping ship..

I'll get a few flames for this, but I'm not concerned with those. I just want people to know what they are letting themselves in for. If you don't want support, go with dayz.st , but if you want support and don't want abuse or half hearted idiot replies, stay well clear...

Edit: Every response related to downtime is always "DDOS" .. It's like nothing else ever goes wrong with their servers (you know, like they never mess something up themselves), nope it's always another DDOS... They are the blackhole of DDOS attacks..
