1.7.1.2 Main active inventory dissapeared / replaced

What happened: After experiencing many server crashes on the EU servers i decided to try a US one ( US 18 ) i logged in to the server and instantly noticed that i had a makarov equipped instead of my lee enfield that i had previously equipped when i last logged out. I then checked my gear, and much to my dismay the lee enfield and its one clp were gone along with 2 smoke grenades an empty water bottle and some cooked meat , and for some reason i now had a blood bag and a can of pepsi which i definitely didnt have in my inventory before joining the server , also my revolver with 3 mags had now been replaced with a bloomin Makarov with 3 clips ! and 4 bandages had also vanished along with the above mentioned items.The only things that didnt vaporize were my painkillers , morphine and all my gadgets ...and luckily all my backpack items were still intact. But im now left without my primary weapon ..:s

*Timeline of events before/after error: Was on various EU servers , getting between 15-30 mins playtime out of each before they crashed , then joined US 18 server .
