Kicked only while in vehicle

Recommended Posts

So I've been having an issue recently on any server I go onto. A few weeks ago I wasn't having this issue so this just occured randomly.

Anytime I get in a vehicle and begin driving, I get a Desync link, it goes away, and then about 120 seconds late, I get kicked. It does not give a reason and the Server Admins cannot find out why. This appears to be happening with a few other players I play with as well, but not all of them - some as far as Aus. and this is a US server.

I have opened ports, disabled firewalls, etc. My ping is very low, but usually my Bandwidth scale is way up there when this happens. I experience no lag in game, however. I am on a 12mb connection with a fairly decent rig.

If you have any suggestions to anything I might be able to try to alleviate this. It does not happen constantly, but I expect at least 2 kicks per vehicle use. Sometimes I can drive 8000m, sometimes no more than 15m. I'm too afraid to even try to fly a chopper.

The fast movement of vehicles and the change in animation/condition that the server has to keep track of might cause a sudden lag spike, for whatever reason, with your system. Maybe cars don't like you? I've personally never had this happen before, but talking to people in direct/vehicle chat I very often hear, "Yeah I'm dysnced" as soon as we start driving. Thankfully I'm usually the driver, so it doesn't kill us.

I would think that'd be the case, but seeing as I've been playing for several months and this only recently started happening, I'm a little lost. =/ My system isn't underpowered in the least.

Seems to only be occuring when a single play logs in that I've played with for several months now. Could a single player with a bad internet connection cause server wide latency/bandwidth issues?
