clan tags

not sure if this goes here but i couldnt seem to google this answer. are clan tags tied to accounts or just toons. so if someone has a certain tag, can he log onto a different toon without that tag on the same account?

Last time I checked I would log into the same place when I didn't have my tags on even if I logged out there with them on.

Anyway, every player is saved in the server's database as a number, so change your player's name as often as you like. You'll always be at the same place as where you left, with the same gear, etc.
