Disappearing tents and vehicles?

I return to my camp to find the spot completely barren. I had 2 vehicles and several tents that were fairly well hidden in what I believed to be a low traffic area.

I should also mention that I found no vehicle carcasses or flattened tents. Is this server problem?

That is a server problem. It hasn't happened on any of the servers I have played on. So it is that server only.

If a server restarts, flattened tents will disappear. It's a possibility that someone took your vehicles and flattened your tents and then the server restarted. However, there can also be a server bug where no vehicles or tents will show and that takes a server restart to fix.

Ok, thanks for the responses. Hopefully I will get lucky with the next server restart.
