How to run Dayz better? Help

Hey guys! My name is Uncle Popeye and im wondering how to improve my gameplay. I can run Skyrim, Far Cry 3, and Arma 2 Singlplayer but not DayZ. When i play DayZ, my player's movement is a little bit choppy compared to Singleplayer where i run the game AMAZING! Can anyone give me some tips on how to improve fps and maybe some better tips on my settings?
