No no no no no no no no no no no no no. For one, do not get staff off of this forum, there are a lot of dirtbags on here. And two, don't pay your staff members. It should be a volunteer position that they take only because they want to help out the server even more. Save yourself trouble and just pick and choose from the people in your server that you have seen play and know their attitudes.
