Terrible lag- please help

Hey guys, im new to day-z just bought it yesterday, Im running on a like 2 fps. Most of the times it's so bad I can't even start it up. I cant use the launcher cause it's for alpha. Ive watched tons of tutorials and none have helped me .But anyways here are my specs :

- Dell latitude D620

- intel Processer

Cpu type: Mobile , 1833 MHz (11.5 x 159)

Motherboard Chipset: Intel Calistoga i945GM/PM

System Memory: 2048 MB (DDR2 SDRAM)

BIOS Type: Phoenix

Video Adapter: Quadro NVS 110M

Do I need anything else?

You really need to upgrade your pc. That thing is in no shape to run DayZ. Try looking at the system requirements next time.
