L85A2 AWS Still in BP?

I logged into my public hive character for the first time in months and it still says I have an L85A2 AWS in my backpack and that it only takes up 1 slot. I'm afraid to equip and see it get deleted or disappear or change. Anyone else still have one in there bp and or know what will happen if I try to equip it?

I remember when I picked up an AWS a while ago after they had removed it from the loot table, the scope was blackened out so you couldn't use it.

It didn't take up one slot though, that's odd. I'm not sure what else they would've needed to do with it. With the scope blacked out it was just another assault rifle.
