Helicopters not repairing

Has anyone come across a glitch where they are not able to repair helicopters? I tried to repair a little bird, MH-6J, UH and none of those were repairable. I had the parts with me and from inspecting the vehicle I could tell they were red. After applying the parts to their respective places, the broken parts would persist regardless of how many times it was repaired or by who it was repaired. I tried logging in and off in case it was a refresh problem, but to no avail. Other people around me tried to repair them as well only to be met with dissappointment.

Has anyone encountered this bug before? Are there any known fixes or workarounds?

Its a glitch jump in the pilot seat then jump out and repair should work make sure no one else jumps in except the one repairing

Thanks, we tried doing something like that, but people kept going into the pilot's seat. Thank you, we are now able to repair it again. Your help is very appreciated.
