I'm considering starting a Dayz youtube series.. thoughts?

Hello.

I've had my youtube channel for about over a year and I've made all kinds of stuff, mysteryguitarman videos (one of which he commented on), vlogs, creative editing and so on. But my 3 DayZ videos are by far my most popular with both "Shit DayZ Players Say" (which rocket tweeted, facebooked and commented on), and "DayZ Player Encounter Freakout " at about 45 k views each. Those videos are responsible for like 80% of my subscribers.. I never intended my channel as a gaming channel, I want to do more creative filmmaking stuff but if there was ever a game I would want to post on my channel it would be DayZ because of its potential for great gameplay and a story.

I've been a subscriber of frankie since before he started to post DayZ and I've enjoyed his series immensly. I watched the entire series again the other day in one sitting and while I was watching it I was thinking... hmm, I could do that! Play for a spesific objective or some kind of story, be fair about player encounters, be extremely careful and meticulous. Play for a long time and only edit in the good parts.

What do you guys think? Could you please check out my channel and tell me your opinion? I think I could be able to make some really good videos if I tried..

Yeah defo mate, just don't be a condescending douche to people like Frankie and please please please never use the word 'Bambi'. Incidentally I think your "Shit DayZ Players Say!" vid was one of the first I ever watched before I started playing. You should do a followup with shit people still say and say now cos there's loads of other crap we say now plus the old faves. Again just don't use the word 'Bambi' and I'm happy :)

Thanks for your support man! I appreciate it. I don't know about a shit players say sequel just yet, maybe I'll make another thread where you can make suggestions when the standalone comes out.

Don't worry, I'm unable to use the word bambi without it being wierd cos I'm a frankie hipster.. I knew about all that stuff when he used it in battlefield, before it blew up.
