Camera mod/tools for DayZ?

(Not sure if this was the right forum for this)

Anyway.. I'm looking for a camera mod/tool inside DayZ that allows me to track players and free roam in real-time on a DayZ server. Something very similar to the one that the Survivor Gamez guys used: http://www.twitch.tv/survivorgamez/b/355205766

I'm not sure where to search such a tool so if anyone has any ideas, all help is appreciated.
