Signature check time out

I keep getting kicked from games.

When i do it says something like i have been kicked due to signature check time out.

it happens on steam and GOG version of arma 2.

it happened a month or more ago but stopped for some reason and started up last week again.

i have reinstalled battle eye.(many times)

im running the game as an admin.

i have nice ping with the server i play on.

my pc specs are above avg.

i play the game with a lot of people who play on worst PC's with higher settings.

I dont think it is anything server side because nobody else is having the issue. also the admin of the server hasn't heard of the problem before.

any ideas on what this could be? or how to fix it?

I was changing setting's in my router and decided to change my MTU that was setup for xbox live (so that it can have an open NAT) and put it to auto setting (which is 1500 at default) and managed to solve my signature check timed out.

Hopefully this helps out anyone with this solution.
