I've been using this hatchet around and it is just hillarious.

I didn't try the zombies, but i tried hacking players with the hatchet.

It's an insta-kill lolololol

It's so funny, i make this creepy voice "i see u...daklfjsldaf" and i would just hack him with this baby.

The sound cutting through his/her body is hillarious.

Sorry guys who died to me :D but it's just so fun

Oh god, I expected the hatchet to follow normal video game tropes and do pitiful zombie hit levels of damage. One hit kills? That is terrifying.

Ghille suit with a hatchet is the most epic thing i have ever seen. I now sneak up to zombies just to hit them and watch their bodies fly away. I agree it is the most lethal weapon. And totally silent. (there is a muzzle flash though when you use it)

The hatchet looks like crap from the videos I'm watching. A zombie always gets a hit in on you - I've seen several videos where people are getting knocked out due to getting insta hit by a zombie before they get hit by the hatchet....

Needs a lot of tweeking on it I think no?

Hacked up someone in Cherno shortly after spawning and finding a hatchet. Probably one of my funniest moments in game. I am not even a bandit, but I couldn't resist.

Bonus points: player had an unused Ghillie Suit in their inventory. Badabing!

Wtf are you talking about, I got an insta-kill on a zombie and no hits on me, still 12000 blood.

You just need to learn how to dodge then move in to attack.

Lovin the hatchet right now, Rocket don't change 1 bit about the melee system. Maybe fix the crashes but other than that love it.
