LA 9 cheater

Was playing on the LA 9 server around 8:34 PM PST. I was in the woods chasing one of the players because he had some decent gear. As i approach him i see him running really fast and stopping. At first i thought it was lag but i checked his ping in the players section and it was fine. I then proceed to shoot at him with my DMR. I shot him once in the back and once in the head. He did not die. He was bleeding and he just disappeared. I ran over to investigate and i could not see his body.

Are you sure it was him? Because ive played with a picky before and from what i know he wasnt cheating when i was with him.

its called alt+f4.sine 1.7.0 there is a delay wich is made to prevent ppl avoid their deaths(doesnt work i guess)
