Settings are not saved

Hello, I use the beta with Six Launcher and Steam (copying the beta executable to the main game folder), I think this is were the problem started; my settings are not getting saved. Every time I start with the default settings for video and controls. The game is not crashing on exit and the cfg and profile files are not read-only.

When the game starts I get this error window:

No entry. 'profilePathDefault'.

After the error window the game starts, but with default settings every time.

This is a problem with Six Launcher when interacting with the Steam release and the beta update. The problem arises when the beta executable is replaced for the main executable (stable update) in the game main folder. Even tho this is the way is 'supposed' to work according the instructions given by Six Launcher itself, is what creates the problem.
