So if you get the hero skin, and put on a ghillie suite, will you still recieve the benefits of being a hero??

There's not much to lose. Not unless you're of the type that believes one who wears a hero skin is less likely to be shot than one wearing a ghillie.

Yes, the only way to keep these bonus' is from wearing the hero skin. Also I believe it was proven that you don't run faster with the hero skin...?
