Those are simply Battleye errors due to the recent patches causing problems. They do not mean there are hackers running about.

CreateVehicle Restriction #1 is when the server has a freak out, doesn't know what to do with your character and turns you into a seagull and battle eye kicks you for being a naughty seagull. It's normal and the person kicked is not hacking. It usually happens to folks joining the server.
