Banned "global ban #ID"

hello, ive a big problem !

Its been a while since I no longer play a dayz. Now, I do the updates using a DayzCommander, and I no longer have to log into play!

I receive a global ban every time! This is very annoying!

I went online to learn in this problem, and they say it is for the cheat!! I've never cheated in my life! So I send you a message to see what it is!

I am at your disposal for the name of my steam, or anything else.
