Humanity for killing a bandit?

Do you get humanity from killing a bandit? For example, someone has +10k humanity, and kills someone with -90k humanity. Does the killer get +90k humanity to his humanity? For example, i was at Elektro ,killed a bandit and lost -3000 from my bad humanity. I just want to know that, because if yes, ill kill more bandits. Or, if you a guy who has +10k humanity kills a bandit with -90k doesnt get -90k humanity, but instead, just little bit humanity. So is it that you get lil bit of humanity, or you get the humanity that the other guy had?

You don't get any humanity for killing bandits, you just don't lose any if they have a bandit skin

Which is why I personally would like if survivors did gain humanity for killing bandits. Heck you lose humanity if you try and defend yourself from another survivor, unless you get shot first but by then its just pointless
