Random US231 ban?

I was in the middle of a game (Eric Arce) with a friend (Evan) in server US231. Previously leaving the town of Elektro, my character's sound and vision radar quit working on zombies. I was in the process of setting up a tent afterwards, and it glitched two to three after a series of attempting to place it. Extreme lag for some reason. After two to three minutes my account was kicked off the server and admin banned to play. Soon after so was my friend (He didn't have any of my problems going on, just near me). We did no harm or anything?

Please unban us from this server.
