BattleEye Admin Ban: w4d9b2182 0x0f44d938

Recommended Posts

I used to play DayZ way back when and stopped not too long after the Melee weapons began coming into effect. Was wondering what this is about? I have definetly not hacked nor exploited, at least not on purpose/noticed I was doing so. It seems I pretty much can't join any server and would love to just understand whats up and if there is anything I can do about it

Thanks

It sounds like you are on the community ban-list.

What is that exactly? and why would I be on there? Im guessing just pissed off the wrong person? Is there any way to be removed?

To be perfectly honest I don't play right this second so I don't know what the current state of it is.

Essentially it is a ban list ran by server admins who submit hackers/suspected hackers and they are then banned if there is enough proof, there are a few problems with false-positives though.

You can check your GUID and compare it to the current banlist found here:

To find your GUID you have to log-in (You can also log in to ARMA II OC to check it) and type: "#beclient guid" into chat.

Just check around, you'll eventually find a server without as not all servers use the CBL.

Edit:

http://dayz-community-banlist.googlecode.com/git/bans/bans.txt

This is the raw ban list you can just use Ctrl+F with to match with your own guid.

It means you're never going to get in any server running the CBL, It's now outdated and nobody gets off the list, most likely you just buthurt some power hungry admin.

Have a look at this post with the same ban code http://dayzmod.com/f...182-0x0f44d938/
