Zombie Look

Hello,

today i played some DayZ2017 and had an awesome moment. I just ran into North of Cherno into the Red buildings when i heard a Car (Armoured Car of Dayz2017) coming towards the hospital. As he stood near the Hospital i thought i just should ran towards him and try to move in as passager. Then i saw that the zombie skins just looked exacly like me as surviver, so as i moved in he didnt noticed me. After he moved out to loot the buildings i switched to the driver seat and drove away with a car full of loot.

So what i am suggesting, make the Zombies look like the survivers, just with a Zombie face.

How would you move like a zombie when they see you more likely than not? the only way this would be possible is to add the idea i suggested of gutting zombies and wearing their entrails as a deterrent.
