What are all of the update now?

What are the updates that are happening right now? People are telling me it's just the DayZ mod, I can see people talking about the update for beta patch but I went to the website http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php but it seems like the version is the same......I'm confused!!!

Nein. http://cdn.armafiles.info/latest/ These are the files you need. The code and individual files for the mod are changed separately, in this case, it's code, equip and weapons. So there's no need to download EVERYTHING there.
