Server Script Restrictio #112 for all players

I've recently started playing on a local South African server, but tonight as i was traveling through the woods, and everybody on my server including myself was kicked by BattleEye for "Script Restriction#112" i would just like to know is this because of a hacker? or perhaps just internal issues with the server. I would also appreciate any feedback from anyone else who has experienced this same issue and i would like to know could this 'server kick' cause me to get a Global Ban by BE, if so is there anyway to prevent this? thanks.
