Server host?

Me and my friends maybe starting up a 24h server, i want to know witch server host allows for full control over the server like?

• Heli crash spawns
  
• care packages
  
• Custom Cars
  
• More, And different guns
  
• No talking in side chat
  

Anything and everything really.

Suggest every website you guys know with links.

P.S Has to run smoothly with the amount of players specified at all times And or run out of the east coast, or uk

Two I know of and recommend are Dayz.st (not sued them myself yet) and vilayer.com
