Lots of Hatchets and Crowbars Spawning When Accessories Picked Up

Time/Date: 04:29 (BST) 19/06/12

What Happened: Looted an accessory (binoculars) and unlootable (when picked up they are deleted) hatchets and crowbars spawned all over the loot pile. This also happened when I picked up a box of matches.

Where: Cherno church

Doing: Looting. When I looted Medical/Generic loot nothing out of the ordinary happened.

Version: 1.7.1.2
