So i just downloaded arma 2/OA(retail) for the first time in along time today, installed the latest patch's, and the beta patch, I then downloaded Six launcher, and it installed day Z, now im getting this error every time i try and join these servers.

I lists alot of different files, then says "to play on this server, remove listed files, or install additional keys" at the bottom. how do i fix this?

Also, should i search for a server from the six launcher? or in game? The six launcher loads up the game, but doesn't actually join a server

Anyone able to help me out? Redownloaded the DayZ files, but still not working, getting the same error >.

are you trying to launch the game through six launcher? or the updater? or steam?

At first i tried Six launcher, since this is a retail, i don't have it on steam. It loads the actual game up(not the server) and just does nothing once the game is running. It doesn't actually go to the server. So then i tried just going to multi player, and then picking a server, thats when i got that error.

I saw something in another post tho about how the Red x's by all the server names means u aren't updated to the right patch, so i went back and saw that it is at 1.5, maybe that was my issue, i could have sworn i updated to 1.6, maybe that was for the original Arma 2 tho

I have the same issue but I'm in version 1.6 I have tried MANY different ways to install DayZ but no luck, I get the same message everytime i try to get into a server. BTW i uninstall and reinstall both ArmA II and OA. AND i have the retail version as well.

I used Worrom btw. And the files are in the following: C:\Program Files(x86)(OR just "Program files" depending on your computer if its 32 bit or 64)\Bohemia Interactive\arma2\expansion\dta\core.pbo

C:\Program Files(x86)\Bohemia Interactive\arma2\expansion\Addons\animals_e.pbo

C:\Program Files(x86)\Bohemia Interactive\arma2\expansion\Addons\ca_e.pbo

Actually, i tried to delete these files and guess what.......It listed more new files that had the same problem! If you go into this "addons" file, theres a whole list of these kind of files. So, assuming you have to delete all of these files. Then only will it work?

I just reformatted my computer and am having this same issue.
