Namalsk EMP? Wtf happened?

Idk what happened in Namalsk, but I'll link the video It was like an EMP that made me go triple vision. This map is really fucked up, I know. It wasnt the EVI Sequence.

Has this ever happened before? Did you change any graphics settings? Do other games experience this effect?

I've done a lot of modding/mission making, and I can't recall anything you could script (which is what "hackers" do, making their title a misnomer) that would have that effect.You could make a sepia, black-and-white, blue-tint, or similar graphic effect, but not stretched and distorted WTFness. Did your PC go through some change, recently? New GPU/graphics card?

Have none of you played Namalsk before? Ignore that bit. They have a chance to happen hourly if I remember correctly, most servers disable them because they're a pain unless you find an APSI or something like that from a Bloodsucker or A2.

Basically knocks people out and drains blood if they don't have an APSI.

EDIT: I just watched it, not an EVR. No idea what it is but its happened to me too. Maybe its an EVR replacement? Or it could be one that didn't go off.....oh well we may never know.

DOUBLEEDIT: I just went back onto Namalsk to check this out. Its actually a lead up to an EVR, must be new since I never saw that before when an EVR happened.

Those mofos are tough as hell. I released 3 clips of AKM into its heart, it didnt even phase it. It walked up to me and hit me once and BOOM I was down. Down, but not out. 3 seconds later I was dead.

Only headshots can kill em. Can unload a 200rnd LMG magazine into its chest and it won't go down. Gotta aim for the head, standard zombie logic.

And I've never seen that happen before, so I didn't assume it was normal. I don't play Namalsk servers; the map doesn't interest me.
